Fast Delivery
If the product you have ordered is in stock at our warehouse the average delivery time is between 7 and 10 working days, in stock bikes will also take from 7 to 10 working days.
Returning Goods from Australia
If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you.

Bikes are delivered internationally via DHL. A signature will be required upon delivery.
In stock bikes are usually delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
On the day of dispatch we will contact you and provide you with a tracking number which you can use to track the delivery of your bike.
Bulky Items
Bulky items are delivered internationally via DHL.
Clothing & Accessories
Clothing & accessories are delivered via international courier and postal services.

Delivery is charged per item for bikes. If a bike order contains bulky items and/or clothing & accessories, only the bike delivery charge is applied.
