Scott Bikes date back to 1958, when Ed Scott revolutionized skiing by inventing the first aluminium ski pole. In 1986, the Company opened the world's most sophisticated ski pole factory in Italy and became the global leader in ski pole production. That same year, it introduced its first mountain bike with their first full-suspension mountain bike following in 1992. Since then, it brought a series of innovative products to market.
