Water Bottles 

Carrying water bottles is the easiest way to transport liquid when out on the bike. Bicycle water bottles are available in a range of sizes. Many bottles have built in capacity markers to help you mix up energy and recovery drinks.

Cages 

A bottle cage attaches to the bike frame. Most bicycles can fit two cages, one on the down tube and one on the seat tube. There is a large range on offer; standard cages are constructed from aluminium, light weight plastic and carbon fibre bottles cages are also available. Side entry bottle cages are ideal for smaller frames.
