Front Derailleurs
Front derailleurs transfer the chain between the three chainrings mounted to the cranks. Different versions are available depending how your front mech gear cable is routed - top pull versions are suitable for bikes with cables routed on the top tube. Bottom pull front derailleurs are suitable for bikes with cables routed on the down tube.
Rear Derailleurs
Rear derailleurs are arguably the hardest working part on the bicycle. Moving the chain between the sprockets at the back of the bike rear mechs are constantly in use. A new rear derailleur will allow you to change gears smoothly and efficiently, getting you out of trouble quickly and allowing you to drop the hammer in times of need.
