Slow down with power and control by sorting out your braking system. There have been big leaps in braking technology in recent years - notably from motorbike-derived disc brakes - but whatever set-up you have, it needs to be up to the job. We have mountain bike disc brakes for ultimate power and control, and rim V-brakes for lighter trail use and commuting, while traditional road bike callipers have also increased in power in recent years. In addition to full systems, we also have mountain and road bike brake levers and spare parts. Brands include Avid, Hayes, Shimano, SRAM and Campagnolo.
