Replace your chainrings if the teeth are worn or bent. Sitting on the crank arms, chainrings take all the power you generate through pedalling, and feed it through the drivetrain. For mountain biking, we stock all the common types, including 4-arm chainrings, 5-arm compact chainrings , and 5-arm standard chainrings, from gear supremos Shimano and specialists Truvativ and FSA. While three chainrings has been the norm for many years, some systems now use just two, paired with ten-speed cassettes – like road set-ups. Meanwhile, if you are a roadie, we stock all the usual Campagnolo and Shimano chainrings.
