Kitting out your bike with a shiny new groupset - the entire integrated gearing and braking system - is a great way to improve the slickness and overall performance of your machine. Whether you are building up a frame from scratch, or replacing your existing set-up, buying the kit as a groupset is better value than buying each part individually. In addition, replacing all the parts at the same time reduces the likelihood of premature wear in individual components.
