What is the status of my order?
We’ll email you keeping you up to date with all stages of your order. If you would like an update on your order status please send us a message using the form below
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Yes, we can make changes to your order right up to the point that the items are picked from our warehouse, just give us a quick call.
When will my UK order arrive?
Standard delivery times are 3-5 days, we do offer a Next Day delivery service if you need your order in a hurry.
Can I track my order online?
Once the order has been dispatched from us you will be supplied with a tracking number and a link to track it. Just remember most tracking numbers are not visible till late evening
How do I return an item?
In most instances, you can return a product via post or to your local Evans Cycles store. Please refer to our returns page for further details
What stock do you have at stores?
We try and keep a good stock collection at all of our stores, If you would like to know if a product is at store then you can send us a message on the form below or call the Local Store directly.
