This Christmas shop the easy way when it comes to buying bikes for the family. Using our FREE Christmas bike delivery option you can order your bike online now and have it delivered the week before Christmas.
 
Just select the FREE ‘Christmas bike delivery’ option when checking out online. And remember all bikes are fully assembled before being delivered and come with our 90 day return policy.
 

Important information about our Christmas bike delivery option

 
What is the last date I can place an order for Christmas bike delivery? The last date you can select this delivery option is Wednesday the 12th of December. Visit our Christmas last order dates help page for a complete list of last order dates for all of our delivery services.
 
When will my order be delivered? We will email you and let you know when your order is collected from us by our courier. Your order will be delivered by our couriers between Monday 17th and Friday 21st of December (the order is usually delivered the next working day after it is collected from us). Our courier will email you on the day of delivery advising an estimated delivery window of either 8am to 12pm or 12pm to 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery day or time during the delivery period.
 
What happens if I’m not in to receive my order? Our couriers will leave a calling card, they will either re-attempt delivery on the next day or you can contact them to arrange an alternative delivery date or collection from your local depot.
 
Can I select this delivery option when ordering in-store or for Store Collect delivery? No, this delivery option is only available for online customers having their order delivered to home or work. In-store customers can reserve a bike for Christmas and collect it from their local store. See our reserve a bike for Christmas help page or contact your local store to find out more about this service.
 
Can I change the delivery address after I’ve placed my order? No, if you wish to amend your delivery address we will need to cancel your order and place it again, please contact us on 01293 574900 if you wish to do this.
 
Can I order clothing, parts and accessories for Christmas delivery? Any in-stock clothing, parts and accessory items ordered at the same time as ordering a bike will be delivered with the bike during the Christmas delivery period. Clothing, parts and accessories ordered on their own cannot be delivered by this service.
 
Can I order a bike that is not in stock (i.e. due from a supplier or only in stock at a store) for Christmas delivery? No, only in-stock bikes can be ordered for Christmas delivery.
 
Can I select this delivery option on the mobile website? No, this option is only available on our desktop website.
