When can I collect my order?

How will I know my order is ready?
Clothing, parts and accessories:
We will email you when your order is ready to collect, and for orders directly ordered from store stock we will also send you a text message to confirm the order is ready.
We will contact you by telephone to make a collection appointment for your new bike. We know that collecting your new ride is an exciting experience, so we will contact you before the bike is assembled to arrange your collection appointment. Your appointment is the perfect time to test your bike, ask any questions you may have, or pick up any essential accessories such as pedals, lights, lock or a helmet. During peak periods lead times on appointments may take a little longer.
What do I need to bring when I collect my order?
You will need to show your confirmation email, photo ID (driving license or passport) and the credit/debit card used for payment. Please note that only the account holder may collect the order.
We’ll hold your order for 14 days after which we will cancel it. We will send you reminders after 3 and 9 days. If you have any trouble collecting your order please contact us here.
How do I cancel/amend my Click & Collect order?

How do I return my Click & Collect order?
If you find your items unsuitable then you can return them on the spot for an instant refund/exchange. Plus, our normal 90 day returns policy still applies. Click here for details.
