We offer a fast and convenient Free delivery service to suit our customer's needs. UK customers can choose to have your order delivered, or take advantage of our unique Click & Collect service where your order is sent to your local store for collection. Due to some changes to the way our database handles international delivery restrictions, Selecting Guernsey will currently not display any products on our website. We are working on a fix for this as a matter of urgency.
 

FREE UK delivery

 
All UK orders are eligible for our FREE Standard Delivery service. We also offer a Next Day and Saturday delivery service for customers that need their order in a hurry. 
 

 

FREE Click & Collect

 
Using our Click & Collect service your order will be delivered to your local Evans Cycles store for collection. This service is FREE of charge for all orders.
 

 

International delivery (Incl BFPO, ROI, Channel Island & Isle of Man)

 
We offer a FREE International delivery service on most orders. Costs for bike delivery varies depending on the destination.  Orders delivered outside the EU are exempt from VAT.  To calculate precise charges for your order simply add the desired products to your basket and proceed through the checkout process. During this process you will need to enter your delivery details. Based on this information our website will present you with the relevant delivery options and the charges for your basket of goods. Free bike assembly

 
At Evans Cycles we pride ourselves on being a cycling specialist, offering our customers impartial advice and a high level of service. That's why every bike purchased from us is fully assembled and tested by our mechanics before being packaged in our custom bike boxes and delivered to you.
 
 
 
 

 

Important points about delivery
 
Signed for deliveries
 
We use signature services for our bike and next day deliveries. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace or a neighbour’s address. To do this, simply enter a new address in the delivery address screen as prompted.
 
Part order dispatch
 
We don't charge delivery more than once! For UK orders if your basket contains multiple items, some of which may not be in stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and then dispatch the other items as they come into stock. You will only be charged delivery once. International orders are only dispatched once the entire order is in-stock and available for dispatch.
 
Ride it! entries
 
No delivery charges are applied to orders that only contain Ride It! entries.
