UK customers can choose to have your order delivered, or take advantage of our unique Ship2Store service where your order is sent to your local store for collection. At Evans Cycles we pride ourselves on being a cycling specialist, offering our customers impartial advice and a high level of service. Thats why every bike purchased from us is fully assembled and tested by our mechanics before being packaged in our custom bike boxes and delivered to you.

We offer a FREE standard delivery, as well as priority and Saturday delivery services to UK addresses. FREE delivery options are available on all UK orders.

Ship2Store delivery

Using our Ship2Store service your order will be delivered to your local Evans Cycles store for collection. This service is FREE of charge for all orders.

International delivery (Incl BFPO, ROI, Channel Island & Isle of Man)

We offer a FREE International delivery service on most non-bike orders over £50. Costs for bike delivery varies depending on the destination.  Orders delivered outside the EU are exempt from VAT.  To calculate precise charges for your order simply add the desired products to your basket and proceed through the checkout process. During this process you will need to enter your delivery details. Based on this information our website will present you with the relevant delivery options and the charges for your basket of goods.

Important points about delivery

Signed for deliveries

We use signature services for our deliveries. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace or a neighbour’s address. To do this, simply enter a new address in the delivery address screen as prompted.

Security checks

Before we can dispatch your order we may need to undertake additional manual security checks. These checks are to safeguard our customer’s security and privacy. As part of our checks Evans Cycles or our agents may call you and request additional identification.

Special instructions

We cannot provide postman and couriers with special delivery instructions such as "If I am out please leave behind shed".

Part order dispatch

We don't charge delivery more than once! If your order contains multiple items, some of which may not be in stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and then dispatch the other items as they come into stock. You will only be charged delivery once.

Ride it! entries

No delivery charges are applied to orders that only contain Ride It! entries.
