In-store
Our nationwide network of specialist bike shops are perfectly placed to assist you with your next purchase.

You can also take advantage of our new Next Day Store Collect service and having your purchase delivered to your local store so you can collect your order at a time convenient for you.
Store collect orders placed on items in-stock in our warehouse before 5pm Monday to Friday will be delivered to your local store between 8am and 8pm the next working day. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. All bikes must be assembled and set up by our in-store mechanics prior to collection; we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect your bike, during peak periods this may take up to 5 days.
Online
You can search for an item using the find a product box located centrally at the top of the page. Alternatively you can search alphabetically or by brand.
Once you have found something you would like to buy please click on the "Add to Basket" button next to the colour or size you wish to purchase. You should now be in the basket area of the website, from here you can either choose to continue shopping if there are more products that you need or you can click to purchase. If you choose to purchase the website will now take you through payment process, first asking you log in then confirming your addresses and finally taking payment.
Mobile
Out and about, now you can shop from our mobile site. This offers you the option of shopping on the go or if you want to go into one of our nationwide stores you can find the nearest one to you, using find your local store. Not sure what product you want – read the reviews on our mobile site. We have a great team of cycle experts waiting to assist you by using the click to call option. They will help guide you through our range and can take payment over the phone. Use your mobile to browse our extensive range and if the item is not in store you can order before 5pm Monday to Friday for a next working day delivery to the store.
