Online
We are able to accept the following methods of payment online:

Please note that online payments are taken upfront.
By Phone
We are able to accept the following methods of payment by phone:

- Gift Vouchers
- Cycle to work vouchers (Ride2Work certificates, Cyclescheme vouchers & Cycle Plus vouchers)
In Store
We are able to accept the following methods of payment in our stores:

Paying by Card
We accept payment from the following providers:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Solo
- Electron
- Delta
Unfortunately we currently unable to accept American Express.
Please note that online payments are taken upfront.
We have a developed a highly advanced secure online payment processing system so that when you pay by card with Evans Cycles you can be confident that your details are kept safe. Please note that we do not store any card details on our website.
All card transactions go through the following fraud checking procedures:
- We perform an initial card and address details check
- 3D Secure - Also known as Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure code - This is a check that allows a password to be used for additional security. If your card provider is operating this scheme you have the option to register a password or, if you already have a password, then you will need to enter this.
- As well as these checks we also use The 3rd Man to do a variety of additional checks and they may contact you to confirm certain details with you.
PayPal
We accept PayPal as a payment type.
Purchases paid for using PayPal must be returned to the Returns Department, using the standard returns policy. We are unable to process PayPal refunds in store (with exception of Store Collect orders).
Buying Gift Vouchers
Our Gift Vouchers are available to buy online, instore and over the phone in denominations of £5, £10 and £20.
Redeeming your Gift Voucher
At present, payment by Gift Vouchers cannot be taken for internet orders.
If you wish to redeem your vouchers please visit your local store, or contact our sales team who can process your order over the phone.
Our gift vouchers have a validity of 12 months from the date of the voucher being printed.
Please note: old style gift certificates (those without a barcode) have been withdrawn as of 31st March 2012.
Cycle to Work Certificates
We accept three types of cycle to work scheme certificates in our stores and through our telephone mail order service.
If your company already offers one of these cycle to work schemes then simply visit a store or call our contact centre for a quote on 01293 574 900.
Once you know how much you would like to spend you can request your Ride2Work certificate here. To request your Cyclescheme certificate use the special web link supplied to your company.
Only Cyclescheme certificates issued in the name of Evans Cycles can be redeemed with us.
