Price Match – we won’t be beaten on price
At Evans Cycles we’re committed to offering top class service and genuine value for money both in our stores and on our website.
We know that price is important to our customers, so we actively monitor the prices offered by our competitors and adjust our own pricing accordingly. We want to be the first place our customers come to for all their cycling needs, that’s why we guarantee not to be beaten on price by our major competitors.
Our Price Match commitment is simple - If you find a cheaper price we’ll match it, and if you find it after you’ve purchased from us we’ll refund the difference within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
Price Match conditions: We can only match identical items (including colour and size variations), in stock and available for immediate delivery/collection from a listed competitor. The competitors price must be available to all customers and excludes any VIP, membership or personal discounts and delivery costs. Price matching cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. Why don’t we price match everyone?
Not every bike shop is equal. We only match specialist competitors that have a reasonable commitment to stock, are authorised retailers of the brands they sell, sell genuine products, sell direct (not via marketplaces or auction sites) and most importantly offer a comparable level of service and after sales backup to ourselves.
Price matching online
To price match online, click the ‘Price Match’ link on the product page, then enter the competitors details and their price. We’ll check the competitors website and if approved issue you a personal online discount voucher
Price matching in-store
When price matching in-store please bring a print out of the competitors offer. As well as the listed competitors we’ll also price match specialist local competitors (visit your local store for details)
