Evans Cycles deliver to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.  In-stock bikes are usually delivered within 7-14 working days (all bikes are assembled and tested by our mechanics prior to dispatch). On the day of dispatch we will contact you to provide you with a UPS tracking number, you can track your delivery at www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html

Bikes are delivered via UPS and other international couriers.

Bulky items

Bulky items are delivered via UPS and other international couriers.

This includes:

• Frames
• Turbo trainers
• Workstands
• Bike bags
• Car racks (roof & boot mounted)
• Wheels
• Child seats
• Forks

Delivery is charged per item for bulky items. If a bulky item order contains clothing & accessories, only the bulky item delivery charge is applied.

Clothing & accessories

Clothing & accessories are delivered via courier and postal services.

Clothing & accessories cover all other product types. Delivery is charged per order for clothing & accessory items

Bike packaging

All bikes ordered for delivery to ROI, Channel Islands and Isle of Man are assembled and inspected by our mechanics prior to  dispatch. Due to size restrictions of our international courier services we repackage the bike in the original factory box, rather than the custom oversized bike box we use for our mainland UK deliveries.

VAT & GST

Channel Island deliveries are exempt from VAT. However all consignments delivered to Jersey with a value exceeding £400 (including delivery costs), will be subject to a ‘Goods and Service Tax’ (GST) of 3% of the value of the consignment. The responsibility for the payment of this tax lies with the customer (receiver of the goods) and not Evans Cycles. If the tax is not paid, our couriers will be unable to deliver the consignment.

International Returns

If you wish to return an item that is unsuitable or not required you will be liable for the return delivery. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you.
