Ship2Store Delivery

Ship2Store is a FREE delivery option that allows you to collect your purchase from your local Evans Cycles store.  Your order will be delivered to your nominated store for collection, and with many of our stores open until 8pm, you can collect your order at a time convenient to you - No more waiting at home for couriers!

Collecting your purchase in-store also gives you the option to inspect your purchase and try on any clothing items that you may have ordered.  If required, any refunds and exchanges can be made on the spot in store.

How it works

1. Add the items you wish to purchase to your online shopping basket, then proceed to the checkout.
2. During the checkout process you'll be asked for your delivery details.  Select the Ship2Store option.
3. Then choose the store you would like your order delivered to.
4. Print out a copy of your order confirmation.
5. Your order is delivered from our warehouse to your local store within 5 working days (usually a lot sooner).
6. Once your order is at the store our staff will contact you to advise the order is ready to collect.
7. Bring a copy of your order confirmation and ID (passport, drivers licence, credit/debit card) to the store and collect your goods.

If you have purchased a bike for Ship2Store delivery the store will contact you to arrange a collection time. Bikes arrive at the store in a partly assembled state and are fully assembled by our in-store mechanics prior to collection.

Ship2Store only products

Certain products are only available for delivery via Ship2Store and can not be delivered via our couriers.

Products currently affected are:

• Trek bikes
• Gary Fisher bikes
• Some Bigger Pashley bikes
• Tandem bikes
• Kona Ute
• Powabykes

These restrictions are dictated by our suppliers and form part of our dealer agreements.  The restrictions cover all mail order sales, including both online orders and orders made via our call centre.

Ship2Store only products are identified on the product page with a Ship2Store icon.  Our website restricts these items from being delivered to an address - during the checkout process customers must select a local store for their entire order to be delivered to for collection.

Alternativly our customers are welcome to purchase these items in-store.

International customers within easy reach of London Gatwick Airport can visit us in-person and take advantage of our International Collection Point – located 5 minutes from the airport.
