Ship2Store Delivery

Ship2Store is a FREE delivery option that allows you to collect your purchase from your local Evans Cycles store. Your order will be delivered to your desired store for collection, and with many of our stores open until 8pm, you can collect your order at a time convenient to you.

Collecting your purchase in-store also gives you the luxury to inspect your purchase and try on any clothing items that you may have ordered. Your Ship2Store order will be delivered from our warehouse to your local store within 5 working days on in-stock items.

How it works

Step 1

During the checkout process you'll be asked for your delivery details.  Select the Ship2Store option.

Step 2

Choose the store you would like your order delivered to and complete the checkout process.

Step 3

Print out a copy of your order confirmation.  Your order will be delivered from our warehouse to your local store within 5 working days on in-stock items. A member of staff will contact you to confirm collection.

Important note

Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and ID (passport, drivers licence, credit/debit card) to the store when you collect your order. Bikes arrive at the store in a partly assembled state and are fully assembled by our in-store mechanics prior to collection.

Ship2Store only products

Ship2Store only products are identified on the product page with a Ship2Store icon.  Our website restricts these items from being delivered to an address -during the checkout process customers must select a local store for their order to be delivered to for collection.

Certain products are only available for delivery via Ship2Store and can not be delivered via our couriers, including:

• Brompton
• Gary Fisher bikes
• Some bigger Pashley bikes
• Dahon (most models)
• Kansi
• Norco
• Tandem bikes
• Kona Ute
• Powabykes

International customers within easy reach of London Gatwick Airport can visit us in-person and take advantage of our International Collection Point – located 5 minutes from the airport.
