Store Collect is a FREE delivery option that allows you to collect your purchase from your local Evans Cycles store. Your order will be delivered to your local store for collection, and with many of our stores open until 8pm, you can collect your order at a time convenient to you.
*Store collect orders placed on in-stock items in our warehouse will be delivered to your local store between 1-4 working days. Standard Delivery items in-stock at a remote warehouse will be delivered to store in 4-6 working days. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. All bikes must be assembled and set up by our in-store mechanics prior to collection, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect your bike, during peak periods this may take up to 5 days.
How it works
Step 1 - select store collect
During the checkout process you'll be asked for your delivery details. Select the Store Collect option.
Step 2 - choose your local store
Choose the store you would like your order delivered to and complete the checkout process.
Step 3 - collect your order
Bring a copy of your order confirmation email. We will email you when your order is ready to collect. All bikes must be assembled and set up by our in-store mechanics prior to collection, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time to collect your bike, during peak periods this may take up to 5 days.
Collecting your purchase in-store also gives you the opportunity to inspect your purchase, try on any clothing items and exchange or refund any part of your order on the spot.
Important note
Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and ID (passport, drivers licence, credit/debit card) to the store when you collect your order. Bikes arrive at the store in a partly assembled state and are fully assembled and set up by our in-store mechanics prior to collection.

Store Collect only products
Store Collect only products are identified on the product page with a Store Collect icon. Our website restricts these items from being delivered to an address -during the checkout process customers must select a local store for their order to be delivered to for collection.
Certain products are only available for delivery via Store Collect and can not be delivered via our couriers, a list of these types of products can be found here
International customers within easy reach of London Gatwick Airport can visit us in-person and take advantage of our International Collection Point – located 5 minutes from the airport.
