Test Ride Policy

What you need to bring with you

• Debit or Credit card
• Photo identification
  (Passport or Drivers licence)

On the day

• We require you to pay 1p on a chip & pin debit or credit card to verify the ownership of the card*
• We require you to provide photo identification*
  (If photo identification is not provided then we require full payment for the most expensive bike being tested)

* Both the debit or credit card and the photo identification will be retained by the store whilest the test ride takes place.

• The store will take your photograph using a digital camera, the picture will be deleted once you have returned from the test ride.
• You will be asked to complete a quick test ride form.
• You will be offered a helmet and any safety equipment that is necessary eg lights, hi-viz waistcoat etc.
  

Any bike that is shown on our website and is “in stock” can be ordered into the store by placing a refundable £50 deposit*. If the bike is not shown as in stock on the website the store will require a 25% non refundable, but transferable deposit to order in the bike.

We have a fantastic 30 Day Online Test Ride offer on all BMC, Pinnacle and Viva bikes purchased online before the 31st June 2010. If you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it, and we will give you a full refund or exhange and even collect your bike for you, free of charge! Ride It! Demo bikes

The Evans Cycles Ride It! series of organised sportive road and off-road rides has been designed to take the hassle out of your weekend riding.
