UK Delivery

Delivery options explained

We offer a range of UK delivery options as well as International delivery services.
 

FREE Standard UK delivery

All UK orders are eligable for FREE standard delivery.  In-stock items are usually delivered within 3-5 working days for clothing and accessories, and 5-7 working days for bikes and other large orders.
 

Priority UK delivery

Orders are prioritised through our warehouse (and assembly workshop for bikes) and delivered by courier.  In-stock clothing & accessory items 1-2 working days, on orders made by 2pm.  Bike and other large item orders are usually delivered within 3 - 5 working days.
 

Saturday UK delivery

In-stock bikes must be ordered by 2pm on Wednesday to ensure delivery the following Saturday.  In-stock clothing & accessory items must be ordered by 1200 on Friday to ensure we can ship to you on Saturday.  All Saturday orders are delivered by courier between 0800 and 1300.
 

Ship2Store delivery

Ship2Store is a FREE delivery option that allows you to collect your purchase from your local Evans Cycles store. Your order will be delivered to your desired store for collection, and with many of our stores open until 8pm, you can collect your order at a time convenient to you

Product types

Delivery charges depend on the type of product you are purchasing.

Bikes

Bikes also includes:

• Kids bikes
• Tag-a-longs
• Trailers

Delivery is charged per item for bikes. If a bike order contains bulky items and/or clothing & accessories, only the bike delivery charge is applied.

Bulky items

This includes

• Frames
• Turbo trainers
• Workstands
• Bike bags
• Car racks (roof & boot mounted)
• Wheels
• Child seats
• Forks

Delivery is charged per item for bulky items. If a bulky item order contains clothing & accessories, only the bulky item delivery charge is applied.

Clothing & accessories

This includes all other product types. Delivery is charged per order for clothing & accessory items.

Priority delivery restrictions

Priority delivery is not available to the below postcode areas.  Customers should allow extra time to receive their order to these areas.
