Buying a bike at Evans Cycles from Japan
Evans Cycles is the UK's largest specialist cycle retailer and is pleased to offer customers from Japan quick shipping on a wide range of Road, Mountain and Hybrid bikes from the biggest brands in cycling!
How a bike is delivered
At Evans Cycles we pride ourselves on being a cycling specialist. Every bike purchased from us is fully assembled and tested by our mechanics before being packaged for shipping. Due to size restrictions on international shipping, Japan bike orders will be shipped in a partly assembled state. Full instructions on how to reassemble your bike will be included with your new bike.
Brands we cannot send to Japan
Due to supplier restrictions we are unfortunately unable to ship all brands we stock to Japan. The good news is that this is just a small percentage of the many brands that we sell.
The main brands we are not able to ship are:
BMC, Brompton, Cannondale, Cooper, Dahon, Dawes, Globe, Gocycle, Jamis, Kansi, Lapierre, Litespeed, Moulton, Norco, Pashley, Powabyke, Quintana Roo, Scott, Specialized, Trek
Delivery costs and transit times
The charge for delivering a complete bike to Japan is £135, which is approximately ¥20304. It usually takes between 7 and 10 days for an in stock bike to arrive in Japan after the order has been completed.
Returns
If you wish to return a bike that is unsuitable you will be required to cover the return delivery costs. If you wish to then try a different size or style, delivery will be charged again to post the item back to you. Please contact us for further advice.
