Just when most of us are considering dusting the cobwebs off the bike and heading out into the hills for some spring riding, there's an elite bunch of UK based off-road warriors that have been training hard over the winter, putting in 100km plus cold, muddy and demorilising rides in training for arguably the toughest off-road stage race in the world - the Asba Cape Epic.
