At each and every Ladies Night we'll be holding a challenge where you can win £200 of gift voucher.  Last year's 'Bike Assembly' challenge was hotly contested.  For 2009 we've devised a new challenge and we expect this to be equally competitive - come along on the night to find out what it is and go into the prize draw.

For those not so mechanically minded or looking to refresh their bike knowledge our experts will be holding an introductory mechanical demonstration - designed to give you the knowledge so you can look after your bike and provide you with some handy tips to get you out of a tough spot on the road or trail.
