Make any purchase in-store, online or over the phone in November and December and you can return your item hassle free at any time up until the 31st of January 2009.

Buying gifts for a cyclist can be tricky.  There are many different variations in components and sometimes purchasing the right size clothing item can be a gamble when the rider isn't on hand.  With our extended returns policy you can shop early avoiding any last minute stress in the lead up to Christmas safe in the knowledge that, if needed, you can return your purchase at any time in January for an exchange or full refund.
 

Returning a product

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase and offer a number of convenient ways to return your purchase if you so desire:

In-store returns

Simply take your purchase and original receipt into your local store. Staff will issue a refund on the spot, or you can browse our store and exchange your purchase for an alternative product.  Remember it doesn't matter where your original purchase was made - even if you made your purchase online or in another store you can return the purchase to any Evans Cycles store.

Mail order returns

If returning your purchase to a local store is not a convenient option, customers that purchased their goods online or over the phone can return their goods back to our Mail Order department

To return your purchase by post complete our returns form stating whether you would like a refund, exchange or have a warranty issue. 

Send your goods securely packaged by a recorded delivery method, including a copy of your receipt and the returns form to:
