Visiting the UK in person?  Take advantage of our great deals and arrange to collect your order from our Interational Collection Point, just minutes from London Gatwick Airport.  It's really important to us that your new bike always reaches you expertly assembled and ready to ride, so for our overseas customers, we're pleased to announce our new International Collection Point, allowing you to combine the benefits of buying your bike from Evans Cycles with face-to-face service from the experts.

Here's how it works:

  1. Pick out what you want to order from our extensive range of bikes, clothing and accessories.
  2. Call our expert Mail Order team on +44 (0)1293 574 900 to place your order, taking advantage of the current exchange rates and, if your final destination is outside of the EU you can claim the VAT back from your purchase.
  3. Arrange a pick up time with our Mail Order team and book your flight on one of the many low cost airline that serve London Gatwick Airport
  4. Upon arrival, we'll pay for your taxi* from Gatwick Airport to our nearby collection point at our Distribution Centre where you can personally collect your bike from our expert staff.
  5. Once setup and fully satisfied with your purchase, jump back in the taxi and return to the airport to take your bike home. Simple as that!

* Conditions: Taxi fare paid for customers spending £300 or more in a single transaction. Customers must present an international boarding pass valid on the day of purchase, a valid passport and an alternative form of ID to verify billing address. Evans Cycles cannot be held responsible for any consequential delays, missed flights or charges incurred due to factors outside of our control. We recommend that customers liaise with their airlines with regards to transporting bikes on their flights. Evans Cycles can not be held responsible for any damage caused when transporting your bike.
