Ride It! Summer dates & locations

The Ride It! series of organised off-road and sportive road rides celebrates its first birthday in March and has seen over 6,000 riders pass through its doors in the first year.

Going from strength to strength we're pleased to announce a new batch of event dates and locations for the summer.

Ride It! takes the hassle out of weekend riding for the UK’s mountain bikers and road cyclists.  We take care of researching and marking out the routes, providing the maps and giving you support on the day so you make the most of your riding time.

Entry is now open for all summer events and available to purchase online here -  so get your diary out, book some rides and we'll see you at a Ride It! event soon!

Off Road Ride - Saturday

Saturday is the off-road ride, taking in local bridleways and byways to offer between 12 and 35 miles of riding depending on the route you take.

For those riders that are using GPS the Ride It! team also publish GPX files to download and help with navigation. Routes can be downloaded from Ride It! blog where riders can also find out last minute info on the events as well.

Road Ride - Sunday

Sunday is the sportive road ride, a scenic ride on the UK’s back roads and country lanes. Distances range from 15 miles for families all the way up to 90 miles for those looking for a challenge

The rides offer distances from 15 miles for the fun route (a scenic ride designed for families) up to 90 miles for the full sportive experience. "The long rides are tough” says Dean Stacey, Event Manager “they are a full on workout involving a significant amount of climbing and shouldn’t be underestimated."

King of the Downs super sportive - 17th May

Looking for an extra challenge?  Taking place on Sunday the 17th of May, the King of the Downs 110 mile challenge takes in over 10 killer climbs in the South East’s iconic road cycling areas totalling over 9,000 ft!: The North Downs, the Surrey Hills, Ashdown Forest and the hills scattered through East Surrey & Kent.
