New BMC 2010 Range

With the arrival of the 2010 Team Machines, there is now a BMC Road Bike for all budgets, from the Street Fire SSX01 at £1199.99 right up to the full carbon fibre Team Machine SLR01 at £4999.99. The new BMC Team Machine SLR01 2010 Road Bike provides the perfect balance between handling comfort, rigidity and light weight design. Offering an entirely carbon construction, right down to the dropouts and cable stops, the Team Machine saves almost 150 grams over the sub kilo Pro Machine. All this whilst improving stiffness in the front end thanks to the tapered steerer tube design.
On top of the reduced weight and handling, BMC further enhanced comfort when designing the 2010 Team Machine. Taking the T.C.C. (Tuned Compliance Concept) to a whole new level, BMC maintains rigidity around the bottom bracket for efficient power transfer, whilst reducing bump transmission to the rider. Custom lay-up of carbon in the tiny chain stays and seat post add up to a smooth ride, never normally associated with pro level race machines.
