Waterproof but not very breathable... Light and a good fit under my helmet, but its not really very breathable. After a 2hr ride it was soaking wet inside although still kept my head warm. The peak is quite small so doesn't obstruct your view but is enough to keep the worst of rain etc out of your face. April 2, 2013

Fits Well, and Not Sweaty Not used in the rain yet, but I have in the very cold weather we've been having. It fits well and doesn't get too hot and sweaty (which was big worry, as I run hot). The visor gives some protection from the low sun in Winter. The biggest plus I can say for it, is I didn't really notice I was wearing it under my helmet - not too sweaty, not too bulky. It is expensive though. December 8, 2012

If the cap fits :-) Nothing less than you'd expect from Assos. Does what it should and is unnoticable either under a helmet or worn alone. Have recently used it in conjunction with an Assos roboCap, as the temperature droped, and it worked perfectly. November 26, 2012
