Poor quality I fell in love with look of this bike, it is definitely a great alternative to most of hybrid bikes in the market. However it doesn`t give what you pay for...I think the components aren`t placed very well, ( I don`t know maybe only this bike but I have to write) since the day one, I have had a noise/vibration coming from bottom bracket and it has not been sorted out. Apart from this, the front brake and gears make noise too. August 25, 2012

Excellent All-Round Hybrid I picked up my BMC on Saturday from Lakeside branch and managed to get out on Sunday when the weather was better. First impressions of the bike were good, the looks are imposing and simple. It has the usual BMC tube layout which works really well on a hybrid. SO often these frames look well over designed but not in this case. Having given the bike a good 30 miles of riding on roads and can report that the ride is excellent. The frame handles most of the usual british roads well and with little shake or vibration. It has a firm ride though as you would expect without front suspension. What this does give though is a fast ride. I was flying up hills and along the flat nearly as quick as a dedicated road bike. BMC do claim that this will go off road as well but I wouldnt fancy trying much more than gravel as it would be a pretty unforgiven ride off-road. In conclusion this is a perfect bike if youre like me and you want road bike speeds without the bent over riding position. The triple cogs at the front are too much for a bike like this but I can forgive that for the overall quality. I would advise getting bar-ends as i did to give your hands an alternative position.
