Easy to follow instructions and good amount of information in order to understand what you are doing. Plenty of pictures to show the procedures but can have a little too much written content at times. Brilliant for saving money on procedures that can be done at home however!

Ive also got the haynes manual for mountain biking but thisone provides much more information

One of the most easy to understand, comprehensive books out there, it had tons of illustrations for those who work better reading images, and fantastically easy to understand, certainly saved me a lot on getting my bike serviced!
