Good bike for beginners, careful of the handlebars can be a touch creaky but overall done me very well so far. Think its ridiculous that bikes do not come with pedals , you have to buy seperately??

good value road bike

Yes, I recommend this product.

Pros: Good value, Good quality, Looks great

Cons: Heavy, Uncomfortable

once SPD pedals have been added am very happy with this bike, and plan do do some sportives on it shortly. The only drawbacks are the standard saddle which is very uncomfortable, and it is about 10% heavier than bikes from other brands in the same price range.

The components are good quality for the price too, although I have sent both wheels out of true on badly pot holed roads.

Competent entry level road bike

Yes, I recommend this product.

Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable

Cons: Heavy

I got this to use as a commuting bike. It's a tad on the heavy side and has the common problem of not being able to reach the shifter button when dropped down on the bars. It does the job very well though. So far everything has worked very well with the exception of the adjustable stem which had to be replaced - but the replacement has been fine.

I find the gearing to be very good for my commute - goot and fast down hill and plenty of choice for climbing back up again.

In all a good bike for getting back into cycling or training on and has my recomendation.

beware the saddle!

Pros: Good value, Good quality, Looks great

Cons: Heavy, Uncomfortable

When I say this bike is uncomfortable I don't mean the riding position, which for me is great, I mean the saddle hurts. And when I say it hurts I mean hurts more than my legs do on a century ride! otherwise this is a great bike that picks up quickly and even though its on the heavy side and I live in the land where there are hills in every direction.....isnt that the point of training? that its hard!? would'nt use this bike to race but is a great training bike and at this price the shifters are great and the carbon forks do a good job. Fire a decent saddle on and some decent Fulcrum wheels and you've got yourself a really good training bike.
