Its time for a sports watch that works as hard as you do. The Forerunner 405 has a slim, sleek look for everyday wear, but it comes to life when its time to train. This sleek sport watch is ideal for running, cycling and other fitness activities.

 

This GPS-enabled sport watch tracks your training, then wirelessly sends your data to your computer. USB ANT stick plugs into computers USB port and automatically sends and receives workout data when Forerunner 405 is within range, approximately 3 metres, and stores it in Garmin Connect (web-based) or Garmin Training Centre (software). Completely wireless operation, making installation easy. Auto Lap automatically starts a new lap recording at a preset location or distance. Includes Garmin Training Centre software for post-ride analysis or workout planning. Waterproof to IPX7 standard (up to 1 metre for 30 minutes) Uses a rechargeable lithium-ion battery providing a month battery life of 2 weeks in power save mode and 8 hours in training mode.
