Pros: Good value, Good quality, Lightweight, Looks great, well designed

Cons: Expensive

Another great piece of well though-out Gore kit. Body hugging fit slices though the air whilst mesh material under arms and at nape of neck keep you cool on the road. Long back and gripper elastic at the base keeps the jersey in place over your shorts for hours of comfortable riding

Good jersey, but don't like the zip!

Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Looks great

This jersey is comfortable and has all the pockets you need. However, I do find that the concealed front zip can get jammed. Also, I have come to the conclusion that you should either have a full zip (my preference) or a short (1/4) zip -- these 3/4 length zips are a bit pointless!
