Description:

The GT Peace 2008 Single Speed Mountain Bike has a triple triangle SS design frame with butted Cro-Mo tubing and a 4130 Cro-mo rigid XC fork. Single speed design with Tektro Aquila mechanical disc brakes for extra stopping power.

Frame:: GT triple triangle SS design. Butted Cro-Mo tubes and alloy BB eccentric. Standard 1 1/8" head tube and investment cast dropouts.
Fork:: GT design 4130 Cro-Mo rigid XC fork with 31.8mm tapered blades. 1 1/8" steerer tube, disc mounting and investment cast dropouts.
Chainset:: Truvativ Blaze forged AL 66 'Howitzer M-15' BB interface.
Chainrings:: 32 tooth single ring with CNC alloy guard.
Bottom Bracket:: Truvativ Howitzer M-15 Cro-Mo axle with sealed bearings and alloy cups.
Cassette:: 18 tooth cog.
Chain:: KMC Z610 HX.
Pedals:: Bolt-on alloy cage with alloy body.
Front Brake:: Tektro Aquila disc with a 160mm wave rotor.
Rear Brake:: Tektro Aquila disc with a 160mm wave rotor.
Brake Levers:: Tektro ML-730 alloy.
Handlebars:: Easton EA-30 taperwall monkey bar. Mid rise 25.4mm.
Stem:: Easton EA-30 cold forged with a 6 degree rise.
