High 5 Energy Source 4:1 Super Carbs 600g is an advanced fuel for use during exercise. It contains 4 parts carbohydrate to 1 part protein. Research shows that this ratio can provide endurance athletes with more energy than carbohydrate alone and that protein protects muscles from being broken down and used as fuel during endurance training and competition. Energy Source 4:1 contains High 5’s unique High Electrolyte Anti Cramping formula , which is designed to maximise fluid uptake and minimise the onset of cramp. An effective blend of antioxidants (natural bioflavenoids and carotenoids) help neutralise free radicals. It is designed for use during exercise. It provides energy, hydrates, accelerates recovery and reduces muscle breakdown and soreness. It’s great for back-to-back sessions or when you expect a step up in mileage. Good source of energy Does exactly what it says on the box. 4 parts carbohydrate to 1 part protein so you get a good source of energy and recovery protein in the say drink. Great tasting and easy to mix. February 29, 2012

Tastes better than it looks. Rode around Coed-Y-Brenin and had some of this, seems to do the job as I felt ready to ride again after we finished. Not superb at being a thirst quencher - and make sure you let it mix for about an hour before you need to drink it. It's good, very different from Hi 5 or Lucozade. April 7, 2013
