Ready to go straight from the box, you can expect class leading levels of build quality, stability and quietness. All units include a replacement rear wheel skewer. The RDA-80 offers a super quiet training experience by applying the resistance to the wheel rim instead of the tyre. This system also has the benefit of eliminating tyre wear and allowing easy use for Mountain Bikes with knobbly tyres. A fantastic home or race trainer for both Road and Mountain Bikes!

Pros: Good value, Good quality, Comfortable

Purchased the Minoura Trainer in order to improve fitness and be able to train indoors when the weather can be a little changeable (we live in Scotland!). Very impressed with how sturdy it is and because you use your own gears to get to your required setting it is ideal for different users. Husband put it together which appeared to be stress free (couldn't hear any cursing!)

Great for Mountain bike users

Yes, I recommend this product.

Pros: Good value, Good quality

Bought the Minoura E-RDA-80 trainer in Spring, so only limited use so far as weather has been good enough to get out for real - but cannot fault how easy it was to set up and use, and how stable it felt.

The traction wheels grip the rims of your bike wheels so the type of tire doesn't matter, so I don't have to bother with changing to a smooth road type. For standard trainers, mountain bike types just don't work properly - noisy and can slip. No hassle to just put my mountain bike on the trainer & use it means I'm more inclined to use - so hopefully once the weather starts to close in I an carry on getting my exercise daily!

Evans ordering & delivery was excellent, very good service once again.

Would recommend this trainer to anyone with a mountain bike or hybrid with more chunky tires.

I recently purchased this Minoura trainer as I wanted to keep using my bike for exercise regardless of the weather, or there was insufficient time to go out. The Minoura was on a particularly good offer which encouraged me to purchase it now, rather than wait for the winter.

It arrived very promptly after the order was placed and was relatively easy to assemble -taking about 30 minutes. It is extremely robust and the fittings are good and solidly made - which is just as well as I weigh 16 stones!

It has been more enjoyable than I expected to use the Minoura and in many respects is better (and tougher) exercise than road riding, so shorter sessions give the same benefits as a longer road ride. The trainer is relatively quiet and the remote control adjuster works well and can adjust the pedalling resistance to suit all levels of fitness. I particularly like the fact that the trainer works on the rim of the real wheel and not the tyre, so there is no need to buy a special training tyre and/or wheel.

All in all, an excellent piece of equipment and one which I shall use regularly, both winter and summer, even though I am in my 70th year, and 61st year as a cyclist!

Pros: Good value, Lightweight

This product was ordered on a Friday afternoon in Australia and was waiting on my doorstep from the UK on the following Monday when I arrived home from work.

It's relatively easy to set up, and works well. Once winter comes, I'll be using it regularly.
