Mulebar Kicks Energy Gel

Mulebar Kicks Energy Gel are fast acting, natural, organic energy with Himalayan crystal salts. Featuring High GI sugars from brown rice syrup to provide the carbohydrate equivalent of rocket-fuel, and Medium-GI sugars (fructose from organic, naturally sourced agave nectar) to give a gradual release of energy which is effective for fuelling endurance exercise. Hydration is supported by the natural electrolytes in Himalayan crystal salts which provide a full-spectrum of trace minerals.

1 to 2 sachets per hour. Consume with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Mulebar Energy gel works I love these energy gels- especially because they are 100% natural and don't have artifical sweetners...and because they work! The energy release comes quickly and the taste of the Cherry and the Lemon versions are great. I used these in the London Marathon and ran a personal best time, and didn't suffer any issues with cramp or tummy problems. Thoroughly recommend them for serious training and racing. May 9, 2012

Tasty Not much to say really. Surprisingly tasty, nice smooth texture, easy(ish) to open, and on offer. April 19, 2013

not a nice taste I won't be using this gel again as it tastes so chemically, not at all like cherry. It was easy to open I liked the design of that but its a shame the gel is not nice, I needed loads of water to wash away the awful taste. December 9, 2012
