The new Northwave Extreme Tech SBS Road Shoe now has a new Uni-Body upper, this means a glove-like fit and no irritating stitch lines. The cats Tongue material in the heel cup helps keep the foot securely in position. New Ultralight Footbed has a 12:3 Stiffness to weight ratio along with being the Lightest (60g, 30g less than the Evo)and stiffest outsole on the market. The Extreme outsole and insole vents are precisely aligned to provide class leading ventilation makes this shoe hard to beat, when it comes down to picking yourself a race winning shoe.

Looks Great These shoes are lightweight though probably not the lightest and pinch slightly on the inside of the big toes, but this is only noticeable off the bike. Those are the negatives. The positive are. They are highly adjustable and very easy to get a great fit, the carbon sole is nice and stiff giving great power transfer, quality seems to be fantastic. And, last but not least they look great on your feet. Will definitely get you noticed. April 20, 2013

A lovely shoe Pretty pleased with these. Fit well and the cable adjustment system works very well. I purchased white. I was a bit reluctant and having had these for only a short time I would not recommend. This is because there is no protection at all on the front of the shoe. This means the simple and constant act of spinning pedals to click in leads to black marks and slight damage to the shoe. I have taken to putting some tape on the toe. I should note that they are quite expensive. But otherwise, very good shoe. January 28, 2013

Only for very wide feet and not value for money I was attracted to this shoe as I have speedplay pedals and have quite wide feet. The shoes were very lightweight, but were too wide a fit even for me. Didn't have much padding in the tongue. I thought they were expensive for what they were, and I'm not sure how they will cope with wear and tear. For me at least, I think there are better options elsewhere. February 27, 2012
