The Pinnacle Dolomite Two 2012 Road Bike features 18-speed Sora gearing with a Shimano FC-R345 Octalink splined chainset for increased drive train stiffness.
The Dolomite offers the speed and efficiency of a light road bike with the practical advantage of being able to accommodate larger tyres and mudguards due to the deeper-drop calliper brakes. 2012 Dolomites use an all-new frame design with revised tube profiles and geometry. The geometry retains the close-clearance, short wheelbase feel of a race bike while balancing the nimble feel with secure front end handling that would be at home in the Belgian spring classics, so it has a perfect blend of characteristics for a bike that can be ridden year-round in the UK. A carbon fork, slim seat stays and a taper-oval shaped top tube increase rider comfort while the front end of the bike retains plenty of stiffness for power transfer and a quick handling response.
