The SIS GO Gel Sachet is the worlds first isotonic energy gel, and contains enough carbohydrate for 20 to 30 minutes of exercise. Very light on your stomach and because it is isotonic you do not have to dilute it with extra water. 70ml sachet. Good energy boost

tastes good and gives a good energy boost when needed.
Easy to carry either in a pocket or tucked into a bag. Altho water is not required I did find that the gel kind of stuck to the inside of my mouth.
Good product so will be buying again

Works well - doesn't taste great

Cons: don't like the taste

I was sceptical about these, but they really do work very well, preventing that 'tired legs' feeling. Personally I don't like the tropical flavour taste, but I'll continue to use them as it's definitely worth it.

Pros: Lightweight

Great way to carry some energy insurance with you on those long training rides!

Stuff a couple of these gels in your jersey pocket - use one mid way through your ride and keep one in reserve in case of emergencies (or consume in the last 10 miles). Great taste and goes down easily (although a little sticky so make sure you keep the gel off your hands if possible). Remember to take litter with you (don't throw away empty wrapper on the road). Nice taste and refreshing flavours.
