Refreshing and effective

I have used this for a number of months and find it really helps on those long rides. I have found though that it settles and is more easily digested if made slightly weaker than recommended.
I’ve also found the Lemon and Orange versions more palatable than the somewhat sickly blackcurrent version

Cons: Uncomfortable

I've been using the PSP22 for quite a while now but sometimes it has been giving me some real stomach problems. So I recently tried the High4 2:1 Energy Source and it was really easy on the stomach. Its a far more advanced drink with Fructose to increase the amount of carbohydrates absorb in an hour. The High5 Race Faster Guides explain the best strategy for races so I will give this a try in my next race
