If you are riding up a mountain in the film you will experience so much resistance from the brake that the incline is actually tangible. Join the riders from team Lampre during one of their training rides. Ride through the hills of Tuscany along side cycling greats like current world champion Alessandro Ballan and Damiano Cunego. Learn from these cracks and improve your cycling technique in record time. The team starts out with a nice easy pace and does two climbs where every rider does his own workout. The Volterra (531m) and the Sassa (366 m) offer beautiful landscapes and are very suitable for interval training. Distance: 70 km.
