Night rides

Experience the exhilaration of off-road night riding with our brand new Night Ride series at selected events.

Starting after our usual daylight rides (between 3pm & 4pm) riders set off on the short (12-15 mile) route in the dwindling light of dusk and are soon plunging into darkness as they enter the woods. Follow the reflective arrows around the pre-marked course before returning to the event centre for a hot mug of tea.

Night Ride events

We're hosting night rides at the following events this winter:

Reading, South Chilterns - 14th/15th November

Dorking, North Downs - 5th/6th December

Chieveley, Berkshire 9th/10th January

All riders must have front and rear lights fitted to their bikes. Riders without lights will be refused entry.

Demo lights

Bring your own lights, or reserve a set of our high-powered USE Exposure off-road lights. A non-refundable £10 fee will be charged to use a demo light. Upon returning the light this fee will be returned to the rider in the form of a £10 Evans Cycles voucher that can be used as payment towards a new light purchase within 3 months from the date of issue. Only one voucher can be redeemed per purchase.

Demo Bikes

DAY RIDES ONLY

Demo bikes can only be used at day time rides and are not available for use at our Night Rides.

Entry and prices

The best value entries for our Night Ride events are our combined entries – allowing you to take on one of our usual day time rides and the night ride for a discounted fee.
