Saturday July 26th: Off-road ride

Route description: Using the Chilterns as our playground, this is going to be a great day out. Lots of long tree lined trails and some great singletrack descents guaranteeing lots of fun. We also use sections of the Ridgeway which is the oldest trail in the UK. There are some great challenging flinty descents and climbs balanced with some lovely fast ridgetop trails affording great views.

  • Short – 15 miles
  • Medium – 25 miles
  • Long – 35 miles

Sunday July 27th: Road ride

Route description: Heading south from Stokenchurch we head straight into the heart of the Chilterns. With lovely long climbs followed by fast descents and some great top of the valley lanes this is a really lovely route.

Route options available at this venue:

  • Fun – 15 miles
  • Short – 30 miles
  • Medium – 60 miles
  • Long – 90 miles

IMPORTANT NOTE: Route options and lengths are subject to change. Final routes will differ to the provisional routes due to road closure, trail & road conditions and weather conditions. Provisional routes are not suitable for navigation purposes, map of confirmed route will be provided to all riders on the day.

Gore Bike Wear "Try Before You Buy" service

Series supporter Gore Bike Wear will be on site with a huge selection of Windstopper and Gore Tex garments for Ride It! riders to try out for free!

After registration, visit the Gore Bike Wear try out tent, use the garment for the ride and drop it back to the tent at the end of the ride.

This is a FREE service offered by Gore Bike Wear to all Ride It! riders, so why not take the opportunity to experience some of the most technical and comfortable cycling specific outer wear for yourself!
