Cycling is a great activity for all year round, so why not give your Ride2Work scheme an extra boost with a re-launch. Here are a few tips to help make your launch a success.
Communicate – make sure your staff are aware the scheme is available, how it works and the benefits to them. Also make sure that any dates are clearly stated so staff know the deadline to submit their applications.
Promote – we can offer templates for posters and promotional flyers which you can distribute around your offices or email direct to employees. Tailored presentations can also be provided which clearly state the terms of your particular scheme.
Our employee brochure is readily available for you to distribute either digitally or manually which shows the great benefits to your employees. For larger employers (over 250 staff on-site) we can offer roadshows at your premises. The best point of call for all your employees is the Ride2Work website – www.evanscycles.com/ride2work - which provides a wealth of information and a handy savings calculator for employees to use.
Apply – make sure all your staff know how to apply for their Ride2Work certificate. Our simple online system is an easy to use option and simplifies both the application and approval process to save everyone time.

Our web based Ride2Work administration system allows scheme administrators to easily manage and approve certificate requests whilst enabling employees to join the scheme online. It will save you time and reduce paperwork, allowing us to process your request quicker so your staff can get their new bike sooner.

- Follow this link
- Enter your Ride2Work account number
- A temporary password will be emailed to you
- Once you have logged in for the first time you can change your password
- Use the Assigned Documents area to read the Guidance notes on using the new system

How it works for employees:
Employees can join the scheme and request their certificate online. To do so they will need the company Ride2Work account number.
All they need to do is visit the Get Your Bike page, enter the account Number and then complete the short certificate request form. Confirmation emails will provide updates on the progress of their application and upon approval their Ride2Work certificate will be emailed to them.
