Booking your bike in
All servicing must be booked into our stores in advance. This can be done either in person or on the phone. With the exception of suspension servicing all work is carried out on site enabling us to offer a same day service so long as any parts are in stock.
Please note that demand for servicing is very high and at peak times you may need to book your bike or suspension in significantly ahead of time. For shorter waiting times we recommend you have your bike serviced between October and March.

Bike Servicing
When you book your bike in the store will tell you what time the bike needs to be in by on the morning of the service (N.B. many of our stores are open at 8am during the week to enable you to drop your bike off on the way to work).
IT IS ESSENTIAL YOUR BIKE IS IN BY THIS TIME ELSE YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE LOST.
The store will book the bike in and advise you of the cost of any work you have specified.
If our mechanics notice something significant during the course of their work either they or one of our sales staff will call you to advise you and ensure that you want any extra work carried out.
Your bike will be ready to collect that evening at a time advised by the store when you drop your bike off (many of our stores are open until 8pm during the week to enable you to pick up your bike after work).
Regrettably, due to limited storage space, we do require that your bike is brought in and collected on the same day. With special prior arrangement with the store it may be possible to drop your bike in the night before its service is booked or collected the morning after it is complete but this is solely at the discretion of the store. Bikes not collected on time will be liable to a storage charge of £30 per day.
Suspension Servicing
Due to the highly specialist nature of the work and the huge number of parts required all suspension servicing is carried out centrally at our Gatwick Headquarters. Your fork/shock needs to be booked in for its work – this can be done either by any of our stores or by calling +44(0)1539 732262. They will advise you of the timescales for the work including time for shipping to/from Gatwick.
We would prefer you to remove your own fork/shock, as this is a fairly straightforward task.
To guide you on this please refer to our Fork Removal Guide or our Shock Removal Guide
If you would prefer for one of our mechanics to remove your shock or fork from your bike there will be a charge of £25 for removing, fitting and for storing the bike whilst the unit is being serviced.
Shock and forks can either be taken into one of our stores or posted directly to our suspension service team.
