Booking your bike in
Servicing needs to be booked into our stores in advance – although we will always try to accommodate those emergency repairs wherever possible. This can be done either in store or on the phone. Your bike will be serviced in store or at our dedicated central servicing facility in London – either way by a fully qualified repair mechanic.
Our workshops can get very busy at times – especially during the Summer, so we would recommend you book in your bike as far in advance a possible.
When booking your bike in, one of the Store Team can tell you what time it needs to be dropped in by on the morning of the service – many of our stores open at 8am during the week to enable you to drop your bike off on the way to work.
On the day
It is essential your bike is dropped in by the specified time or your reservation may be lost. After performing an assessment on your bike one of our service mechanics will contact you to discuss its condition, if new parts are required and provide a total cost for the service – we will not start work until the quote has been approved by you.
We offer both same and next day services – each dependent on parts stock availability. Your service mechanic will advise as to when the service will be complete and ready for collection – many of our stores are open until 8pm during the week to enable you to pick up your bike after work.
We have very limited storage space in some stores, so do require that your bike be collected on the arranged day. Bikes not collected on time may be liable to a storage charge.
