Please note:
>We use signature services for all our shipments. This is for our customer's protection. Please make sure that someone is at the address you have specified for delivery, to sign for receipt of your order. You can select a different delivery address when placing your order, such as your workplace or a neighbours address. To do this simply enter a new address in the delivery address screen as prompted, and not in the 'Special Instructions' box below the delivery address details.

>We cannot ask a postman special instructions! As we use Royal Mail for our standard delivery service, it is not possible to give your local postie specific instructions (e.g.: "If I am out please leave behind shed").
A signature will also be required for the postman to safely deliver your goods.
>We don't charge shipping more than once! If your order contains multiple items, some of which may not yet be in stock, we will charge shipping just the once, and ship each item as soon as it is available
