Hobbies and interests - Before cycling im a musician and toured the world with a band called ‘Ebony Bones.’ That was playing trumpet and keys, but im also a drummer in a couple of bands. My other great passion is photography which in turn has lead me to filming, and have created a lot of mountain bike and street riding films. Obviously I ride bikes, downhill gives me the most buzz but now getting into big mountain enduro races. But as based in London ride a lot of cross-country in Dorking a races around Gilford.
Favourite Bike - Session 88, my downhill bike, is my baby and has got me through the most sketchy moments (including a lot of crashes)
My favourite all time ride - Mega-avalanche, have done it for the past two years now and there isn’t a better race out there. It tackles every terrain possible including this year riding on a real icy glacier! But on British soil it would be the lake district with its un touched trails, and best race in the UK would the Erlstoke 12hr (formally set to rise) incredible course that keeps you entertained throughout the night |

FREE Maintenance Training
Join us in store and learn basic bike maintenance skills in one of our free training sessions. These sessions are held every 2nd and 4th Thursday evening of the month, from 6pm-8pm. Please contact the store to find out more and reserve a place (A £10 fully refundable reservation fee is charged to reserve your place on the course).

The Chalk Farm store offers a complete offering from our range of cycle products for all disciplines, but with a particularly strong offering of city, commuting and racing bikes. The store carries approx 250 bikes in stock .
