Hobbies and interests - My main passion is bikes, specifically mountain bikes, and I spend as much time as possible either riding or fiddling with them. Apart from that I have a big vinyl collection, love a good book, and enjoy spending time with my wife and friends.
Favourite Bike - Without a doubt my Santa Cruz Nomad, although I also have a soft spot for steel hardtails.
My favourite all time ride - The most memorable was in the Bardenas Reales region of Northern Spain, which is like the Grand Canyon in miniature and where they filmed a lot of Spaghetti Westerns: an extraordinary landscape in the middle of nowhere with a secret military base in the middle! Closer to home, I love Glentress, Afan and the good old Surrey Hills.
Join us in store and learn basic bike maintenance skills in one of our free training sessions. These sessions are held every 2nd and 4th Thursday evening of the month, from 6pm-8pm. Please contact the store to find out more and reserve a place (A £10 fully refundable reservation fee is charged to reserve your place on the course).

Our Gatwick bike shop is attached to our Warehouse and Distribution Centre providing you with access to our entire warehouse stock.
As with all our stores we offer test rides. If you have a specific bike you would like to test ride please phone us in advance to your visit and we will ensure your bike is picked from our warehouse, built and ready to test when you arrive - all we require is a £50 fully refundable deposit taken over the phone to secure your bike. Or simply visit our store where you can immediately test ride a range of bikes on display, if you would like to test ride a bike that is in-stock in our warehouse we can pick and build this for you while you wait, but please be aware it can take up to 2 hours for our mechanics to prepare the bike during peak times (we suggest visiting us outside of peak times for a quicker build time - i.e. week days).
The store has a fully equipped cycle repair workshop for all our customers bike servicing needs.
