Book a Service

Do I need to service my bike?

Just like a car service, a regular bike service helps ensure everything is running efficiently which makes for a more comfortable and enjoyable ride. It also has the added benefit of:

  • Prolonging the life of your bike and it’s important components
  • Ensuring it is safe to ride (identifying worn or damaged components)
  • Saving you money in the long run

It’s best not to wait until issues arise!

Proactive maintenance will ensure you enjoy hassle-free rides and peace of mind on every journey.

How often should I have a service?

To keep everything spinning smoothly, aim for a service or check up from a trusted mechanic every 500 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first.

Regular services will ensure crucial components such as brakes, gears and tires are inspected, adjusted, and lubricated as needed - prolonging the lifespan of your bike and minimising the risk of unexpected breakdowns.

What we offer

Anyone can make something more complicated, it takes hard work and experience to make something simpler.

By combining feedback from our customers with our expertise on all your bike’s essential needs, we have simplified our services to two core offerings. Which one is right for you and your bike will depend on how many miles you’ve clocked up and how long it’s been since your last service.
