The Aliante is the widest and most longitudinally waved in Fi’z:k’s trio of pro-cyclist developed spine concept saddles and comes under the Bull moniker, designed for low body flexibility with high pelvic rotation whilst pedaling. This performance road saddle has an anatomically designed open shape for riders who prefer a pressure relief channel, with support and flexibility you can ride in comfort and always get the power down when it counts.
The R3 specification Aliante Open saddle features K:ium alloy rails which are 8% lighter than solid titanium and a composite fiberglass co-injected nylon base to provide a very reasonable weight. A foam layer core beneath the neat, durable Microtex cover provides comfort, and is enhanced by the full anatomic cut-out which avoids pressure on the rider’s sensitive soft tissue and ensures that all weight is correctly supported across the whole surface of the saddle. Spine flexibility and pelvic rotation are inextricably linked to saddle comfort, the Fi’z:k Spine Concept Evo app for IOS and Android can provide guidance on which animal profile will suit you best.
